This case study is on the effect of installing the UV-Tek lights for the AHU type air conditioning at Kunak Healthcare Clinic in Sabah.UVMax™ was able to penetrate and cleans the surrounding environment in the clinic. UVMax™ uses UV-C type lights to operate.

Image G and H shows the portion of the door frame in the Seedrium Room. Image G shows that the growth of fungi has stopped and eradicated due to the UV-C light emitted from UVMax™ lamp.
Image H shows an active growth of fungi without UV-Tek lamp.
Image I and J shows the wall on the Seedrium room almost covered with fungi. The growth
on wall shown in Image I has been crippled by UV-C light and been dissolved into small particle
as shown by the arrow. It is different in Image J which is not exposed to UV-C light.
